Pros

- Money is great - Working at scale is interesting, different kind of technical problems

Cons

- Once I overdelivered on one recurring project, I kept getting assigned the same project repeatedly, Management just does not prioritize your personal growth - Stack ranking - Worst work life balance of any company i've worked with - Limited growth opportunity

Pros

Pay was nice, wfh was good

Cons

Lots of politics, very little backing from management. Customer was able to walk over employees, and saw upper management actively keep direct reports from moving up so they could look better for their own promotion. Maybe it was just the team I was working on, but it was super stressful and definitely would not do it again. Work life balance was never achievable, work 8 hours, why didnt you work 10? Work 10, why didnt you work 12? Never ending.
