Pros

Most people and front-line managers are great, and the work can be very interesting.

Cons

Leadership under Jassy and Garman is a joke. Senior leadership seems to hate their employees and are actively trying to get us to quit. Everyone I know is demoralized and just hanging in because the job market is awful. Work/life balance is getting worse by the day.

Pros

Excellent experience working at an intense pace and with the latest technologies at scale

Cons

Horrific culture of non technical micro-management. They apply pressure and have no understanding of the value of their engineers or any engineering concepts. Also they have removed all of their DEI related policies, leading to a even more predatory culture
