Pros

Good pay, some smart colleagues, some interesting projects.

Cons

It is an unstable company due to top-down management disrupting employee retention with unreasonable Return-to-office mandates and regular Re-Orgs. Leadership principles are largely ignored by "managers," a lack of real leadership. The constant push for profitability leads employees to be evaluated on metrics outside their control. Everyone below Andy Jassy just follows orders and the communication is quite poor.
