Pros

- good salary - lots to learn at a large scale - smart colleagues - engineering involvement in product management, task prioritization, deployment, testing (not siloed)

Cons

- 5 day return to office - would rather their top talent quit than provide remote flexibility, which is detrimental for team and product health - very “frugal” - few company perks - to be successful, you need to work around 10 hours a day and sometimes weekends

Pros

The compensation is pretty good. There are some good people there.

Cons

Andy Jassy is ruining the place. He treats everyone like children/cattle. Intentionally making the place horrible so folks will leave.
