      Pros

      Incredible opportunities for growth here. Maybe not always in the way of promotions, but you can easily get experience with a broad range of technologies and large scale systems. The compensation is great. Plentiful opportunities to switch teams/orgs using internal transfers if you don't think you're on the right team.

      Cons

      On call can be horrific depending on the team. Constant churn with re-orgs (depending on org of course). Work/life balance not great. Get ready for lots of stress.
