Pros

Team was nice, and good to work with. Good work life balance.

Cons

Lack of communication with higher levels, hard to move up. High turnover rates make it hard to work with and gain approval of managers to move up. Layoff was sudden and at the end of the month intentionally so they would not have to pay extra month of health insurance.

Pros

It's a super interesting field with constantly emerging technology and issues to deal with.

Cons

Culture is terrible. It's possibly the most frugal company I've ever worked for. It's a culture of throwing others under the bus and covering one's own rear end. That's really all it is. You will get reprimanded for not being the first person to send an email on an important topic. It's a company where the only way to get ahead is to self promote.

Pros

Most coworkers wanted to get things done, quickly.

Cons

Managers have supreme authority, and HR will take their word without listening to the employees.
