      Nauseatingly high salary for literally very little work Brand value 5 star office facilities

      Cons

      Most leaders don't have the experience required to handle a business of this scale Processes and policies are missing across the board Almost all the employees are sticking to whatever they have just because of the pay and are thinking that there are greener pastures within the organization

      Pros

      I have been a few months only at amazon. Impressed by the general spirit of people to help and support in your ramp up. Important things to me like Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as well as making a world more sustainable for future generations are taken very seriously. I really like what I see and look forward to contributing to make it even a better place. Opportunities to learn, grow, have fun and make an impact are at hand for every one.

      Sometimes is difficult to cope with the amount of things to be done and requires high levels of time management and prioritization capabilities
