      Pros

      - A true self-service company ; this erases the challenges linked to the scale of the company. - Relations with the management remain sincerely human ! - Leadership Principles (LPs) are at the core of all the interactions within the organization. If they feel relevant to you, you won't be disappointed ;)

      Cons

      - Scale of environment can be overwhelming. - Organizations are difficult to navigate. - Width of required technical knowledge is demanding and constantly evolving (imposter syndrome is at your door...)

      Pros

      The best part at Amazon is that they give utmost care for Inclusion, Diversity and Equality. They have excellent onboarding and training process. The culture is less hierarchy and every one is helpful. Lot of opportunities to learn and make a difference to Amazon and world.

      Cons

      In providing internal movement opportunities across Amazon Organizations, for junior employees it's happening very well. For seniors I haven't seen many opportunities.
