      Pros

      You determine your own growth. As scary as this sounds, it provides amazing growth opportunity. Compensation is great, especially if you're coming out of uni (especially for South Africans, many other companies don't come close). AWS provides you with ample resources to perform well, and a dedicated mentor as you become tenured.

      Cons

      Having a bad manager can ruin your ambition. It's also very metric based, which is required and can make work feel robotic at times. Because certain metrics are required from you, this makes taking additional responsibility almost impossible unless you're breezing through case work, which is likely not the reality.

      1.High level of ownership and all of colleagues are bias for action, I think that LP is really good and important. 2.Good training for your onboarding.

      I don't know, but this company is the best I've worked at.
