Pros

Pay, brilliant and competent coworkers, work-life balance, development opportunities

Cons

Career trajectory (flat organization, allows you to learn a lot about different things, but if you want to grow into leadership, you have to leave)

Pros

Good work life balance Meet a lot of people worldwide

Cons

Compensation was below what I expected for the role and market. The work did not provide enough technical depth or challenging engineering problems. The organization appears to be focusing heavily on Kiro (e.g., building new "skills" and "powers") and on storytelling and demos, rather than deep technical execution. I would not recommend this environment for engineers seeking hands-on experience with large-scale production systems or technically challenging projects.
