Great career opportunities. Learn a lot (and fast) from great leaders and organization processes.

Cons

The work-life balance is in speech and not in practice, and those who seek this balance are frowned upon by many. Cultural biases are still a career challenge for women - lower wages than men (there are salary levels at the leadership levels) and impaired careers on return from maternity leave.
