Pros
Lots of chances to test your problem solving skills. Coworkers are friendly. Decent benefits package.
Cons
Outdated and barely functional machines. People responsible for training will tell you "I don't have time to train you." Severely understaffed. 2-3 operators for 22 machines some shifts. There has even been occasions where there is only one operator. Mandatory overtime on a job that already has poor work/life balance. Upper management has zero regard for hourly workers. High overturn. Not suitable for heat sensitive individuals or those with limited mobility. At times, the job may consist of climbing and/or standing in elevated and confined spaces. No one seems to know much about the machines. You'll be poorly trained while simultaneously being held responsible for said lack of training.
