      Pros

      Nice 401k match and some friendly people there. Easy place to get hired and decent opportunities if you stay with them for awhile

      Cons

      Stale office environment and an abundance of incompetent middle managers especially in the pricing department who basically got a managerial position from tenure but not merit or intelligence. In pricing the job was also not very mentally stimulating or satisfying as you basically just fill in premade templates.
