      Pros

      -Great Leadership in Ops Engineering Department -A fantastic team, full of knowledge and support -No non-sense approach to project and work, and you no guess work or reading between the lines. You always know what's expected of you. -Direct leadership will always have your back if you work hard.

      Cons

      -Heavy travel, its rewarding but can catch up to you sometimes -A lot of high pressure scenarios (Can be seen as a 'pro' as well) -Plant personnel can be difficult to work with -Must be able to lead without authority, challenging but makes you a more effective leader.

      Were many until Amcor took over Bemis

      Cons

      Greedy corporation. Used you until there was nothing left. Everyone is just a number now. No caring. they do not appreciate the long time worker. Management stinks. I have shoes older than my boss was but he knows better because he went to college LOL.

      Starting pay is good; environment is standard production; staggered 12 hour shifts making work weeks 3 and 4 days long.

      Cons

      Management will be the ruin of this company; there is no HR other than a "place holder" who is difficult to locate. This company has not yet embraced supporting their employees over exploiting them.
