Great Pay, Climate controlled and far from the hardest job I've had.
Cons
3-2-2-3 schedule, rotate between days and nights, 12 hr shifts and it is always feast or famine. Lots of overtime or none at all. They will change your schedule at their will even though they give out a yearly schedule. you can never make plans to do anything. Work every other weekend with the possibility of having to work overtime on your weekend off. Must give 2 week notice to use your vacation days or personal days.
