The supply Chain group is run by a Cabal of managers/directors who you must suck up to or they will destroy your career here. Another issue is the fact that if you are loud and talk down to other people in the group (but never the members of the cabal) you will be rewarded with promotions and raises at the expense of other people. The Supply Chain group is one of the most toxic and passive aggressive groups I have ever worked in. I was constantly stunned by the blatant favoritism shown by management to only those few who decided to talk down to their peers and up to management to secure promotions and raises. No wonder almost 50% of that group has left over the last 12 months.

Managing two sites and splitting time between the 2 created a lot of long days and double the administrative work being on the leadership team at each facility.
