      Very hard to name one pro of working in the department other than you may make a few friends with coworkers

      Legitimately the most toxic management I’ve ever had to work for. I was employed in this role for 2 years and had 8 different managers because it’s a revolving door. Upper management in Buffalo grove legitimately pick favorites and if you’re not one of them forget about ever advancing your career. This is an entry level role AT BEST run don’t walk away from Amcor the turnover in this department is unreal they cycle through employees because the VP assumes the role is just interchangeable and you can just plop any one in and they’ll succeed
