      Pros

      Money was good. HR was incredible. Super helpful and responsive.

      Cons

      Training was zero. I worked for almost a month and was thrown on a line and told "if you need anything I'm over there". Even after the 3 or 4 weeks I didn't know how to shut off machines if an emergency or where not to put my hands or fingers that was safe. They should have a one day class on the machines where they show you every inch.

      Pros

      The company preaches, lives by and demonstrates their 6 life saving rules. These rules to a new employee seems to be overkill at first. After a few weeks it becomes normal and you begin to find yourself changing your outlook on safety at home.

      Cons

      It does make your job a little cumbersome at times.
