      Cons

      Management is out of touch and fails at onboarding new hires. They then blame their failures on the new employee. Promised support never materializes. Unstable management and favored employees can break zero tolerance policies with no ramification. A QA Manager violated a safety policy and put others at risk and the person who reported it was fired.

      Good hard working people that put their heart and soul in the company.

      Management needs to be improved upon. After the Alcan acquisition, the place has been going downhill FAST.

      OK Salary and Benefits, not much other than that.

      Cons

      The corporate management of the Fort Worth facility is abusibe and treats everybody at the plant as usless peons. The regional director fosters an environment of mistrust and promotes a culture of fear where the people is always concer of keeping the job instead of doing the job better. Proof to that is most of the managers are less than a year because the old managers got fired or quit.
