      Pros

      Nice area and benefits. Pay is good and overtime is readily available

      Cons

      No appreciation and annual raises are nonperformance based. In other words bad employees get same raise as those who are awesome

      Pros

      They payed you well and offered over plenty of overtime.

      Cons

      12 hour shift only one half hour break for "lunch". And one fifteen minute break. You get that at any 8 hour job. Sometimes got so much mandatory overtime you would be working 70+ hours. Regardless of plans or any family relates events.

      The facility was very close to my dentist.

      Cons

      Great place to work if you have no desire to do the job you are hired to do. Way too many different ego hungry managers that make the facility top heavy. Senior management excels at putting others down and stealing your ideas for personal gain. Advancement or career development is highly unlikely unless you are a manager.
