cool events, tempting conditions and offers such as Gym.

Cons

Goldden cage - low salaries, no bonus, when it's Pay rise time, you always get reasons why you can't have it this year, poor management. worked there for many year and I am very happy i am no longer there.

Very stable work place Very flexible (in most sites) , can work from home, come late, leave early.. Encourages moves between different roles

Cons

Timelines are always aggressive Work life balance is not stable first solution for most problems is usually to work on the weekend
