      1. Best Salary structure (No Variables at all) 2. Nice and friendly environment 3. Decent Leaves Policies 4. Employee Centric 5. No Biometric for in /Out but they have some internal auditing system 6. Decent Cafeteria for subsidized meals and Free snacks 2 times a day 7. No strict Dress Code 8. Focus on Latest Technology (depends on project /customers though) 9. Good to join at any time of your phase be it fresher or laterals 10. They also focus on onboarding valuable contractors to Full-Time resources 11. Zero Tolerance Policies, Best org for women safety 12. Decent HIkes and Increments, Bonus depends of quarterly result.

      Cons

      Not that much, just be good in politics as your hikes and promotions are in hands of your managers and they give zero fk about it if you're not in his/her good books. So Yes, favoritism works here. But, if you're super talented you always have a chance to change your project internally.
