      Good pkg, perks like free food

      Lot of work pressure..Micro management..and hell lot of politics ..but it all depends upon the team and project you get into.. I had the worst exp, and I left as it was soo hard to work under such toxic work env

      Pros

      Good work/life balance, immediate supervisors care about their employees. Working remotely for the past years has been wonderful.

      Cons

      Less and less projects has led to employee layoffs every year and additional work load to the remaining staff. Zero to negligible yearly increases or bonus.
