Food is good and manageable workload
Cons
Manager and leads also have come from a bad working environment, so they pass on the same to their employees. No consideration of employee interests. HRs are of no help whenever we approach them for problem at workplace, they blame us only at the end. No parties nothing to increase team bonding. Only focus is work.
