      1. Amdocs offers package that is best in Industry and . 2. Wonderful work Culture and Team Management. 3. Management Team is accessible, concerned and resolve Issues ASAP. 4. Takes a good care of Employee and knows very well what they aspire. 5. Better Work Life Balance.

      Cons

      My experience of 3 Years has really nothing to say on this point. Just that I had few issues and were addressed well and the solutions provided were satisfying.

      i joined amdocs more than a month ago , i deployed in very psycho lead's team he's mentally sick i don't how would he stayed more than 6 years. since i joined his team he is torchuring , harrasing and insulting me front of whole team i'm not the only one he misbehaves with every one , once i thought to commit suicide then i thought about my parents if i would commit suicide how will they live without me but i sware i hate this company and work environment either i can't work here or resign i dont know what i do.?
