Onsite opportunities , If you are in right/rich project/product. You will Enjoy work and be happy , Only If you are lucky to get chance work under Israeli Manager. Daily Free Break Fast ,Lunch and Snacks .

Cons

No hike and Increment in salary. Now a days so much cost cutting in every area. So much Politics because of Indian Management. So much work load and Pressure ,You may work till late night in maximum projects. Indian Managers always discourage to employees. Very less onsite opportunities. And people those are closed to managers gets any opportunities. So many Freshers and no value of good technical sound people. Manager has all Rights and Power. There is no role of HR.

Work culture is still better.

Cons

The policies , salaries and benefits were far better when it started India development center. Now a days they are trying very hard to be at levels of Indian service based companies. Sometimes, work pressure is just too much!
