good onsite opportunities and very good work culture. There are number of other facilities which people would like to enjoy.

Cons

There aren't much cons apart from 24X7 work culture in GSS. Sometimes in delivery people working for US clients have to work in night shift because of US visa issue.

Leads and Managers(~80%) doesn't have any technical or leadership skills which impacts genuine performance reviews. In other words, if u r good in buttering and making good PRs with Leads & Managers then you r eligible for good bonus or hike and if you focused on pure working and learning then u r wasting ur time and Money. KaiZen(Automation) -- Worst Idea Implemented in Amdocs.
