-> Lucky people get projects with onsite opportunities -> Takes care about your meals , transportation

Cons

-> If you dont know how to be favourite of mgmt without doing work , dont dare to enter -> your manager is your god , no hr to hear from you -> even if you stay for 5-6 years , you might not even get considered for onsite (remember manager is god)
