During my tenure, there was no clear or consistent timeline for career progression or promotion, even as responsibilities and scope expanded. Advancement often depended on organizational changes rather than performance. Additionally, frequent management changes created a lack of continuity in expectations, priorities, and development guidance. Having multiple managers over a relatively short period made it difficult to align on long-term growth, feedback, and accountability.

Fruits and other type of servings will be limited. Like 1 fruit / 1 piece sweets / 1 time sabji. New rule is to come to office and stay there for 9 hours, else they will notice it and lay you off in next layoff wave. Going to office will be compulsory for 3 days a week, for WFH you have to beg when you need more than 2 weeks WFH. No matter how much effort you put in, politics will win, not you. For me, there is no salary revision for last 4 years now.
