      Extremely long hours for the pay scale

      Long term opportunity if you are a very hard worker and you have the flexibility to work from home when needed.

      Cons

      No work-life balance if you want to keep your job. You have to work extremely long hours to be promoted and it still takes a while to see the promotion.

      Forget about promotions, strictly based on your superiors vacating their posts, your professional growth depends on which Business unit or team your are in. The salaries are OK but not par if you are highly skilled

      It's a company that will not be dull for a single day. It takes a strong person to work and find balance. It's a growing company with a deep well of opportunities to learn and grow.

      Cons

      it is hard for many people to find the balance between work and personal life. many people have not yet learned to work across different continents and find the best way to deal with stress. but once you learn to work in Amdocs and manage stress, nothing is too hard in life.
