Unstable projects , if you project becomes to a stop or an End you are step away of losing your job unless you get relocated to another project or position which most of the time is not related to your role. No career path / development plan for growth ( at least from my team /division) UN-Experienced Team leads, they know a lot of amdocs products but they lack of management skills . Lack of communications from Managers as they delegate everything to team leads since most of them are located overseas. no process in place ( you need to ask a lot of" how to´s" from admin tasks to project tasks ) like how can I order a copy from my pay stub, to how to reqest access to "x" application" you need to ask and ask and ask as there ir no process in place Management

Some projects have long work hours and poor life/work balance. Compensation may not be industry standard, but Amdocs usually uses other means to bring that up to par. Salary raises are minimal, and internal promotion has been non-existent for the past 5 years or so. Overall company culture is good, but for most, it will depend on the clients they work with, and those working cultures are varied.
