Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.

No increment and keep on layoffs despite performing well since Amdocs acquire Openet. Budget kept for hiring resources in India instead of acknowledging the well performance of existing staff in KL. Amdocs keeps acquiring small companies but have no budget to motivate the existing staffs. Force the staff to train the AI then lay them off while retaining the not productive team like HR, site administrator or facility team in all regions doing events that do not spend the budget wisely.
