Poor leadership, no advancement, no training, poor communication is taking it lightly

while I appreciated the opportunity to grow my skills, one challenge was the company’s approach to workforce planning. The high frequency of hiring and letting people go created instability, which often disrupted team morale and productivity. This cycle seemed to stem from a lack of long-term planning for resources and staffing needs. A more strategic and consistent approach to workforce management would not only benefit employees but also improve the company’s ability to retain talent and achieve sustainable growth.
