Cons
- day by day reduction in facilities - budget will keep cutting from your team so work load will increase eventually - instead of giving benefits to best person in team manager will try to distribute it among all team equally so if you are real good at your work , you will not get satisfaction - manager will give useless excuses while doing performance and rating, will will reflect in your salary and bonuses. - you will have to work like hell once you are comfortable with your work. - they can call you any time some people even got calls during their marriage - weekends are not all yours , they can schedule you to work on any weekend depending on your profile - managers are very impatient, they need updates all the time.
