      Great Opportunities if you are at the delivery side (Even then you might have to wake up at 2 am and work)

      Cons

      Company Policies which once used to be employee friendly are changing everyday. Movement from one project to another is a big task. Practically impossible if you don't have good connections.

      Pros

      Good culture, Amdocs is topmost player in its domain. Workplace is very competitive and good people around.

      Cons

      You can not grow much here specially if you are not Jewish, there is big favor for Jewish folks even if they are not as good as other people. They get promoted quickly and most of the managers are Jewish. Amdocs concentrates only on telecom domain, so there are very few options outside Amdocs, some of the products and technology are only used in Amdocs so if you are stuck in those projects it will be very difficult to move out. Very long work hours and you would be give work in out of proportion.
