Pros

The company have really great culture to work in. They take care of your basic needs in office.

Cons

Manager are still in mode of being a developer . Due to which they end up performing technical stuff and lose on managing people and their expectation. Ultimately resulting poor performance by people. This is is no more a product base company

Pros

- Good start-up package for freshers - Provides many facilities - Good work environment

Cons

- Salary hikes are worst. - Company can put you any any part of SDLC (testing/support/dev) and that too randomly. They will not consider your interests if you are joining as a fresher. This is worst. - Management is not that good. (seems like this is the problem with every company) - Company wants you to work 12-15 hours a day without any good compensation.
