      Pros

      Great transport facility - timely and of good quality Good in-office meals and refreshments - Good quality food and fruits available to employees Nice infrastructure - Good office space, facilities, washrooms.

      Cons

      Too much dependence on one specific customer/client. Freshers and new hires do not get to know how they are being milked. Training and knowledge development is neglected. career levels: Subject Matter Expert.(Funny, they are subject matter experts at the beginning of their careers. But this designation helps employees get good job outside :-). ) SSME(Senior SME) Group Leader/Expert Manager/Sr. Expert Director VP Management(This is a designation here.) Eli. Most of the employees when are qualified and eligible to be promoted, they only get roles but not the pay or designation.
