      Pros

      Great experience in a fast-paced environment with a complex mix of technologies and processes, working in teams distributed across the globe. Pretty laid back work environment.

      Cons

      I've found the pay a bit on the low side and I while I don't mind longer hours--within reason--I do resent often not knowing when I will be able to leave the office. Also, I really feel like too little attention is paid to training and knowledge management.
