      Amdocs was the best company, which transitioned me from a college graduate to an IT professional in an outstanding way.

      Pros

      The people in amdocs make it the best workplace. We enjoyed a lot..learned a lot.. worked a lot.. It was an amazing 3 years experience at amdocs. And moreover, the onsite travels are offered without checking the experience but your knowledge and ability to solve the problems.

      Cons

      Some times in critical situations, the pressure was not handled properly by one or two directors. Having said that, rest everything is just too good.

      Pros

      Stable company Opportunities if you are willing to travel and put up with international projects Company has money and is has steady projects in the pipeline.

      Cons

      ACD and possibly Delivery divisions are very sales goal driven on reviews Review process for ACD closed door with no input after filling out self-eval. ACD demands their pound of flesh even after a 60 plus hour week. Will not move very far into ranks if you are not from Israel, and you will be first one laid off for same reason
