      Pros

      Amdocs is one of the good companies to work in. Some advantages Amdocs offers are - above average package (though not so high), flexibility regarding timings, work from home and very good facilities for transport, awesome food (especially in India, not so good in the US). Lots of things depend on which division you join. If you join PBG, they have laid back kind of lifestyle but support etc guys have their night oils burning. Onsites for India folks are good.

      Cons

      Some divisions in Amdocs don't do any good work technically. So, if you are a fresher or less experienced engineer, be very careful what is your exact work profile.

      Healthy work environment, day to day learning while working, great site opportunities, new and innovative ideas applied at work.

      Cons

      Compensation and work quality depends on the project you are put up into. HR policies may impact compensation and promotions.

      Pros

      I am not sure about current Situation..They have open culture and give you independence to act. You Learn, Work and lead and most important thing all of these will be done with fun.

      Cons

      Now I have come to know they are no more as they were before...they have started putting restrictions on small things on the name of the cost cutting.
