      * Open door policy (exist but Higher Management does not follow) * No Over time Benefits * Communication gap among higher management and employee * Less exposure Technical Work and new technologies.

      Very good culture .Very good employee care. Very nice salary. Lots of perks and onsite opportunities. Usage of Cutting edge technology. Very good salary @ onsite. Superb food all the time in a a day :)

      Cons

      Zero bench policy. If you are not good performer (Or less than average) high chances of getting thrown out. Heavy work. Lots of competition as guys form NIT will be your opponents in career.
