      Pros

      There is a lot of hi-tech work here. Right from building of app for new devices like i-phones and android based smart phones to building robust software for the largest telcos in the world. Amdocs gives wide opportunity to employees to select what role they want to be also changes in jobs and roles when people like to move around. The seven year (still lesser in these times) is very well taken care of by lateral movement.

      Cons

      A new person needs to get used to aggressive work culture.

      Pros

      I had the privilege to begin my Career with an awesome company - Amdocs. Its been almost three years now and it has been a wonderful journey for me. -> Amicable working Environment. Best Known for its 'Amdocs culture'. -> A Telecom Giant, The company has its clients spread over 6 continents. So, there are Abundant Travel opportunities & Site relocation chances. -> Employee benefits, facilities are almost top standard. -> If you talk about life here, It has its own Music Band -Tatva, it own Non-profit Organisation -Blossoms, and Memorable team events.

      Cons

      -> Work life balance is a disaster in some projects. -> Politics - Its in the blood of the company now. -> In-order to grow you might have to do some show put up.

      I don't find any good reasons to work with Amdocs. It's the only job I had.

      Cons

      when they visit my campus for placements they said there was lot of development is going on but there was no development at all.
