Amdocs provides excellent exposure to large-scale enterprise and telecom production environments. As a Technology Engineer, I gained hands-on experience in 24×7 production support, incident management, Linux server administration, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools such as Jenkins and Ansible. The organization follows structured processes which help in understanding real-world SLA management and high-availability systems. There is strong cross-functional collaboration between infrastructure, application, and operations teams, which enhances both technical and communication skills. The company encourages learning new technologies, including cloud platforms and containerized deployments. Working on client-facing production systems helped build confidence in handling high-severity incidents and performing root cause analysis. The team environment is supportive, and knowledge-sharing culture is good.
