Pros
- reasonable level of technical opportunities - large, complex projects/implementations give good opportunity to see lifecycle of large projects - get to work as part of a gloabl workforce across time zones and countries - good set of internal Amdocs tools which can make some things easier
Cons
- not much external training opportunities - poor communication from senior management gives the feel you dont know whats really going on - in our site focus was on cost cutting in many (this might not be true in other amdocs venues) and this gave us a view that amdocs was very stingy, more than necessary to run efficiently
