      Pros

      Good work culture Can freely communicate your concerns with your managers, most of them listen to you. Free breakfast, fruits, sandwiches, snacks etc. If you are in a good team, can learn a lot. It depends on product and team which you are on. Good on-site chances.

      Cons

      Rigid payment/incerement structures. Slow rate promotions.

      Pros

      Management is supportive, little to zero work pressure. Good working environment. Lots of paid + casual leaves Food provided WAS good.

      Cons

      It's not a product based company, as mostly you will be working in delivery projects which are more like service based projects. Salary structure is not mapped with role, you can easily find people with 1-2 year experience with higher salary than 4 year experience. Although delivery expectations with be poles apart. No interaction with HR. Most of the manager are good and helping and they are primarily contact for any concern. You will see your HR ONLY on your DoJ ,no interaction after that. Most of the project are using decade old(even more older) technology, so there is chance that you will be working of obsolete technology. Work-life balance is Myth, most of the teams are working 11-12 hours on daily basis.
