Outdated technologies project. XML based configuration project. No core work. Employees working on providing a solution on top of the core product. You are not allowed to make any changes to the core code. Wired project structure. Not up to date with the current technologies. No Learning. No technical documentation is available of the core project. No Work from Home. Employees are forced to take a laptop with them to Home. No Laptop locks are available. No Sitting arrangements. No Dedicated drawer/locker. If you join on or after 16th of the month, you will get the salary for that joining month with the salary of next month. No Diwali gifts. Poor internal portal for the employees. No way you can reach to HR and speak to them. Leaves credited like a begger 10/12 =0.833 and 20/12=1.66 Horrible snack quality, Needs improvement.

The level of expertise and professionalism is one of the lowest I've ever seen. The product development process is slow. A lot of miscommunications with developers from India (40% of Amdocs' manpower is from India). Budget problems choke the development process. Job positions descriptions are not 100% accurate but more like 50-60%.
