Business Outlook
Pros
Good company for experienced people with higher experience but not for fresher. Everything is okay there. They provide good foods, office party, office traditional day functions etc. Only the higher management and team lead are not good. Less work and more politics. Once you joined there you cant move out. If you want to sustain in IT industry and learn new technologies then this is not the good place for you.
Cons
Need good management skill in higher management level. These existing team lead and managers are making the environment as more political but less technical.
