Pros
Good salary. Indian expats are easy to impress, once you have their trust you can expect good bonuses and salary increase annually.
Cons
Kept sending expats to fill high positions when we have local talents. Questionable management decisions, no integrity and a lot of biases toward the nationality of who they promote to higher positions. "I am Indian, therefore only Indians deserve to be promoted" No empathy for their employees. They will say yes all the time, at the expense of their people. Your appraisal ratings comes from...finger in the air.
