      Pros

      Lunch provided, work from home, nice people. Good for manual testers but till certain point

      Cons

      Low salaries, good employees are not rewarded in terms of money. Lay offs every few months and firing decent people just to cut costs, not stable. They have customised tools that are not used outside Amdocs e.g. for automation what blocks your growth in this field.
