Big company with many opportunites

Cons

Aggressive and sometimes rude culture. Many times I've heard people say about an employee "He/She is a nice guy. I'm surprised they do well at Amdocs". While it's good to see that are nice people at Amdocs, the real message here is that nice people don't do well at Amdocs. Often, people that are valued or get promoted don't match the company written values which makes employees question these values.
